The I Do Over by Samantha Chase

πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–
Knox Channing and Maddie Christopher story in The I Do Over, book six in Samantha Chase’s Meet Me at the Altar series, is a second chance romance and nother wonderful addition to the series. Knox, a former Navy Seal suddenly finds himself face to face with Maddie, the woman he was married to for 48 hours, seventeen years ago. Maggie and Knox had made a mistake when they married all those years ago, but it wasn't getting married that was the mistake. It was the way that they went about doing it that caused it to fall apart within 48 hours. With her family ripping them apart; both having more or less moved on. After all these years, Maggie still needs closure and decides to find Knox to apologize to him face-to-face. Neither one of them are prepared for what happens next; the spark they had when they were teens is still burning bright, sizzling, and sparking. It’s going to take confidence, conversations, understanding, compromise, and the support of friends, as they confront the past in order to have a future together.

Filled with magnetic attraction, sizzling chemistry, clever banter, supportive and endearing secondary characters, this was another amazing story by Ms. Chase, who wrote a gentle but passionate head-over-heels, never stopped loving, second chance romance. I highly recommend The I Do Over to other readers.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
