πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

Murphy's Choice by Becke Turner is an emotional, sizzling, magnetic story of two people looking for the future they believe they need instead of the one fate and the universe creates for them. Chaz Gaetti, the daughter of a single mother, had a nomadic childhood and was resentful of their family who would not help them. Chaz returned to her hometown upon learning her uncle is terminally ill and that she was his heir. Operating with a number of misconceptions Chaz was determinated not to be talked out of them or learn the alternate truth. Nate Murphy is a ‘townie’ from a respectable family, youngest of the three boys, who is looking to find himself by leaving town and avoid competing with his older brothers. He is easygoing and avoids confrontation, at least until he is confronted by a whirlwind named Chaz, in the town eatery. That’s when the fun begins as Chaz and Nate circle around each other and the challenges facing them: Chaz’s desire to liquidate her uncle’s beloved restaurant in order to further her life’s plan. Nate has an entire different view of her uncle and  wants to help the uncle reconcile with Chaz. Throw in two lovely senior twins, a dog with nine puppies, and Chaz and Nate’s strong attraction for each other and you have a wonderful story starring two young adults with firm goals that just might not be in their best interests versus the plan fate lays out for them.

Ms. Turner wrote an emotional and wonderful romance that should not be missed. She provided a tale rich with emotions, sizzling chemistry, clever banter, and endearing characters giving Chaz and Nate a chance at love, and a future together. I highly recommend Murphy's Choice to other readers.
