All Your Pucking Secrets by A. Rivers is a thoughtful, sensitive story; though darker and angstier than prior books of hers I've read. Friends to lovers to enemies to lovers again; this was a rollercoaster of a relationship. This story is dual POV with flashbacks, well written, and an angsty, contemporary college romance, with accurate trigger warnings; please check before reading.


Echo and Tyler lives have been shaped by their traumatic pasts. Back in high school they were together, but for some reason it had to be a secret. When Tyler’s dad finds out, the only way Tyler can keep Echo safe is by letting her go. Except the way he does it is the worst way possible; leaving Echo to face the consequences of that decision. Tyler has always been there in the background looking out for her trying to make sure she is safe; determined to protect her and get her back. There were many secrets, deceptions and half-truths, as well as snippets of life changing abuse, which was difficult to read, but was written sensitively. If complex, steamy stories where the main characters must fight for their love are your jam, then this story is for you.

Hattie, an optimistic and happy person, is bothered that fellow community member, Christian, never smiles. Hattie’s cousin, Elsie, makes a bet with her that Hattie won’t be able to make Christian happier. While getting to know Christian, Hattie finds herself facing both personal challenges and the surprises that come with falling in love.   Ms. Lillard wrote a sweet and engaging story, bringing readers to a charming small-town where love blossoms in the most unexpected ways. 💖💖💖💖 /5   Snowball Unwrapped by Kristen McKanagh, book four in the Snowball series, isn’t so much about Snowball the resident cat, it’s about the budding romance assisted by the imaginative and crafty cat. Snowball, you see, has a gift no other cat has: the gift of matchmaking. This was a feel good book with a twin swap, opposites attract and the attraction being encouraged by a smart, insistent, and adorable white cat, Snowball, the resident cat at Weber Haus. Ilse Becker is the host of a TV show called Home and Hearth, that features cooking and craft segments. Her fiancé is double timing her, so she convinces her identical twin sister Jocelyn to stand in for her while she sorts her personal problems.
