Four Weeks to Forever by Karen Booth

Four Weeks to Forever by Karen Booth, book three in the Texas Cattleman's Club: The Wedding series, is an emotional story, as this couple argues and loves their way through some major issues and a looming deadline where both intend to shine for their parts behind the scenes, for the wedding of a Hollywood power couple, happening in Royal. This is an enemies to lovers story of two people who have a tense first encounter but who end up falling in love after getting to know each other and spending time together. Business rivals Corryna and Colin have a one night stand, however it's not until they start working together to secure the contract for a star-studded wedding in Royal, that they really start getting along; she florist and he a chef. They decide it would benefit both of them to get along while working together to bring a wonderful unforgettable meal and floral arrangements for the wedding. Learning their back stories helped make each of them more real, more likeable, and helped understand each other better. While spending time together they learn how to work together, like a well oiled machine, fall in love, and help each other work through things that have happened in their pasts; un-dealt with baggage. Allowing their hearts to get involved could lead to some complications neither expected.

Ms. Booth wrote an emotional, wonderful, heartwarming romance, full of complications, laughter, tears, steaminess, and a growing love between two people who altered their opinions of each other. There are family issues to be dealt with, and some groveling becomes necessary; but at the heart is a couple who needed to get beyond those hurdles that they tossed in front of each other. I highly recommend Four Weeks to Forever to other readers.
