Ben and Sienna were perfect together in Tight Ends & Tiaras by Lex Martin, book two in her Varsity Dads series, is an enjoyable story, rich with emotion, filled with all the feels, and sweet yet sizzling in all the right places. These two just seem made for each other from start, though that doesn’t mean that everything was perfect; as there were numerous obstacles on their journey toward finding a happy life together.

 

Sienna is so happy attending college in Texas, far from the family she believes doesn’t accept her or believe in her. She has a huge heart, is thoughtful, funny, a faithful friend, hardworking, and gives people the benefit of the doubt; even if they don’t deserve it. Sienna refused to believe the rumors about her boyfriend until she unexpectedly catches him cheating on her; being serviced by her new roommate, and two additional girls. Deeply hurt and unable to trust other men, she needs time to find herself again.

 

Ben has not had an easy life. He has a high school ex who has decided she wanted him again by showing up, only this again she has a toddler, Lily, with her. Telling Ben the news about Lily being his, turns his life upside down. Ben needs someone to help him get his ex off of him and also a place to stay with his little girl, when Sienna steps up, offering him the extra bedroom in her house and fake a relationship. Ben readily accepts and things are finally going smoothly, until they realize the sizzling chemistry and  magnetic attraction is no longer fake, but real. Every time they are together, sparks fly and they are seriously falling for each other. However, life has decided it will not be smooth sailing for Sienna and Ben, having them defeat additional obstacles and tests before realizing how much they love one another and how perfect they are together.

 

Ms. Martin wrote an emotional, scorching, angst-filled romance that is a must read.  She provided a tale filled with sizzling chemistry, strong attraction, , clever banter, and involved secondary characters, as Sienna and Ben find love and a future together. I highly recommend Tight Ends & Tiaras to other readers and look forward to the next book in this series, featuring Ollie and Mags.
