Married to the Tight End by Carina Rose, book two in the Never Say Never series is a wonderful, laugh out loud, story about friends to drunkenly married in Vegas, oh my, to lovers who fall in love despite their opposition to marriage. Alexa is busy building her bakery while Jackson is a famous tight end in the NFL; both were badly affected by their parents’ divorces, so both strongly believe marriage isn’t in the plan. That is until, what happened in Vegas follows them home in a publicly huge way. Alexa fears marriage will cause her to lose her independence, forcing her to ask for an annulment, while Jackson vowed if he ever married he would never get divorced; forcing them to stay together. There is a strong magnetic attraction and sizzling chemistry between them despite the twists and turns, as well as unwanted interference causing some major heart break as Jackson and Alexa truly fall in love. Somehow, Jackson and Alexa persevere to find a way to score a win in the end; finding their soul-mate.

 

Ms. Rose wrote an emotional, wonderful, heartwarming romance that kept me turning the pages as I followed the twist and turns of Jackson and Alexa’s turbulent relationship. She provided a tale rich with magnetic attraction, sizzling chemistry, clever banter, the magic of friends, and a colorful cast of secondary characters giving Alexa and Jackson a chance at love, happiness, and a future neither expected. I highly recommend Married to the Tight End to other readers.
