My Best Chance by Lea Coll

πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

I loved Ryan and Hailey’s story in My Best Chance by Lea Coll, book four in the Second Chance Harbor series, is a small town, friends to lovers, brother’s best friend romance that I could not put down. This wonderful romance deals with a couple, each standing at a crossroads in their lives: Hailey knowing that running her grandmother's tea shop is not her destiny but has a powerful sense of loyalty to a grandmother who took her and her brother in when their mom left them with her, and Ryan who has finally returned home to open a garage with Hailey's brother while also looking after his 12-year-old son. Ryan really doesn't need to start having feelings for his best friend’s little sister, but he does. The more time he and his son Corey spends with Hailey the deeper she falls, but insecurities and everyday life keep interfering with this relationship.

Ms Coll wrote a wonderful romance, filled with magnetic attraction, sizzling chemistry, troubled pasts,  and miscommunication, and life altering changes that is a must read story.  I highly recommend My Best Chance to other readers and can’t wait to read the next story about Brooke and Ben.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
