Her Easter Prayer by Lee Tobin McClain - An Inspriational Romance

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Her Easter Prayer, by Lee Tobin McClain, book four in the K-9 Companions series, is a clean, inspirational Christian romance that tugs at the heartstrings. After losing her husband and baby in a fire, Emily, suffering from the PTSD of the grief and guilt, moves to a special private school for troubled boys, along with her support service dog, Lucy. Dev took a job at the same school to be close to his troubled son. Both Dev and his son struggle with reading, compelling Dev to hire Emily to tutor his son; allowing him to hide his own difficulties. As the three of them spend time together, Dev and Emily grow closer; giving hope to his son of having a real family. Emily and Dev have many scars, baggage, obstacles, and self-confidence issues that need to be overcome before they can move on, have a new start on life and maybe find love together.

With small-town charm and endearing, secondary characters, this beautiful, inspiring, feel-good story is filled full of redemption, love, forgiveness and second chances. I totally enjoyed and recommend Her Easter Prayer to other readers.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
