Until Next Time by Claudia Burgoa, book one in her Against All Odds: St. James Family series, is an emotional, heartwarming, hilarious single mom and second chance at love romance with all the feels and charm.  We have a precocious seven year old matchmaker tries to set her mom up, a heartbroken widower, a brother’s former best friend, and a cast of secondary characters make a wonderful addition as they bring another layer to the storyline. Zach St. James and Autumn Wickerton are good souls and after everything they’ve been through, they deserve good things in life. Their journey is a wonderful blend of emotions, swoon worthy moments and passion. The emotional, magnetic, and sizzling chemistry between them is perfect. Their banter is flirtatious and snarky. Combine that with Autumn’s ever so sassy daughter, Matilda and it’s absolute perfection. Matilda’s antics were hysterical causing laugh-out-loud moments. This was a wonderful story reminding that grief has no time line as well as about healing and forgiving yourself; to truly believe that what you want is exactly what you deserve. I highly recommend Until Next Time to other readers and look forward to the next book in this series.
