Christmas in Chestnut Ridge by Nancy Naigle

 πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–/5

Christmas in Chestnut Ridge by Nancy Naigle, book two in the Chestnut Ridge series, is a delightful and emotional tale of friendship and warmth during the holiday season as we return to the small town of Chestnut Ridge. It is the holiday season, time to celebrate with friends, pick out Christmas trees, drinking hot cocoa, buying gifts, having a sense of community, and falling in love.

Sheila travels to Chestnut Ridge to visit her best friend Natalie and to help her decorate a tree for the annual tree decorating contest. Sheila is pulled into this town of caring neighbors helping to support a family which was displaced by a fire. The usual holiday activities occur, bringing the community together; like providing food baskets and cookie bakes. Sheila is quickly pulled into this small community and fitting perfectly; something this city gal did not expect. She also did not expect to fall for the local fire chief. Tucker is a great guy, and he sure did not expect to fall for a city gal. This is a sweet Christmas romantic read sure to bring on the smiles. I can’t wait for the next installment of this wonderful series.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
