One Night to Twin Surprise by Rachel Dove is a second chance, night with consequences, sweet romance. Neve finally divorced her cheating, distant husband after years of disappointment as they tried for a family of their dreams. Out for an evening of celebration with her colleagues and nurse friends, nurse Neve runs into helicopter doctor Colton; her ex’s former best friend. Colton has been attracted to Neve from the moment they met, but she was off-limits back then. A night of passion leads to Neve becoming pregnant; not just pregnant but with twins.

 

Colton has been a nomad with work assignments, traveling where temporary assignments were. When he learns that Neve was free, he applied for the job at her hospital. Imagine Neve’s surprise to learn that Colton was temporarily working at the same hospital. Telling him about the pregnancy wanted all in; surprising Neve. After all Neve went through with her ex-husband, she struggles with trust, and believed Colton wouldn’t want to be involved. Only he proves her wrong, showering his love on her and protecting her when needed. We all need a determined and dedicated man like Colton. I really enjoyed this story of a one night, accidental pregnancy.
