His Small Town Catch by Kaylie Newell

 πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–/5

His Small Town Catch by Kaylie Newell, two in the Hearts on Main Street series, is a wonderful and heartwarming story of family, healing, second chances, and finding love when you least expect it. Beau Evers left college to become a professional fisherman; leaving his girlfriend, Summer, heartbroken. After the death of his grandfather Beau is forced to leave the pro fishing circuit to help run his antique store with his cousins for a year in Christmas Bay.  Being away from the circuit has been difficult for Beau, but it forces him to take care of his injured shoulder; surgery to repair is scheduled in the near future. Summer Smith left her big city job after feeling threatened by a co-worker and nothing could be done. She moved to small town Christmas Bay to pursue her passion of refinishing furniture. Stopping in an antique store to try to make a deal with them, to provide her furniture for sale, she runs into Beau.

With sparks flying, magnetic attraction pulling them together, Beau and Summer find themselves spending more time together; reconnecting and getting a second chance. When the former co-worker finds her, threatening her tranquility, Beau and his cousins step up to protect her. Beau will have to prove to Summer she can trust and depend on him, that he won’t leave her again, before they can have their HEA. This was a delightful story and now I can’t wait for the next story in the series.
