Worth and Sophia meet at brunch celebrating the engagement of two of their best friends, and, despite the attempted set up of Sophia with a different member of the friend group, there is instant chemistry with Worth. The group heads to Vegas to following their friends to an elopement in Vegas. Sophia is dealing with a serious family issue and finds solace in Worth. Together, they make an impulsive decision get to married. Sophia continues to reel from her parents’ revelation and struggle to trust and to love. Worth is so patient with Sophia; willing to do anything to help her through it all. He was protective and possessive enough to let Sophia know she is the only woman for him. This story stayed with me long after finishing the book. I can’t wait to find out what Byron is keeping to himself that’s the next book.
