The Boss Situation by Lyra Parish, book three in the Billionaire Situation series, is a wonderful, heartbreaking yet heartwarming, sizzling, brother’s best friend, hate to love story. Asher Banks and Billie Calloway have been enemies since they bumped into each other in college; becoming rivals to be the best. Thirteen years later Asher is CEO of his own marketing firm and Billie owns Bellamore, a fashion design business. Everyone knows these two are mortal enemies but it is outright war when Asher teams up with Billie's jealous ex to bankrupt her company.

Asher cannot stop thinking about Billie and the chemistry between them. As Asher reveals secrets that he has kept from Billie, she finally realizes why they are always being pulled toward each other. Things become complicated when feelings become involved as the attraction they have tried to ignore becomes impossible to resist; a reminder of that fine line between hate and love.

The chemistry between Asher and Billie sparked, igniting the world around them. This was an enjoyable journey as they traveled from enemies to lovers through their anger, sarcasm, pranks, and sass to sweet and tender moments. It was wonderful catching up with Billie’s brothers, Weston, Easton and their beautiful wives. The story did end with a set-up for the next book in this series, a story I can’t wait to read.
