These would all be great characters for their own novel. The first story is about two Amish people needing to get to certain destinations and their various rides give them definite problems along the way. As they travel together, despite many setbacks, they find their way home and to each other. The second story was about a young couple whose relationship is hindered by a Bishop whose own personal feelings cause problems for his congregation, including the couple.
