A story that drew me, not letting go until the last page. It is a story filled with emotion as a young woman struggles with whether or not she should court a young man knowing she most likely is a carrier of a gene that could cause a birth defect.   This series is unique in that its main theme is genetic disabilities as a result of the Amish closely intermarrying.   Declan Miller is an auctioneer and the community jokester. Burgess was a divorced, grumpy hockey player who traveled with his job, and in need of an au pair to help take care of his 12-year-old daughter, Lissa. Based on the recommendation from his best friend, Burgess hires Tallulah, a marine biology grad student who was broken, nervous to be around any man because of her past and in need of a a place to live. Despite their eleven year age gap his heart was falling fast for Tallulah. Borison, book four in the Lovelight series, is a wonderful finale to the Lovelight series; with its tropes of grumpy x sunshine, opposites attract, friends with benefits to lovers alongside cute, spicy, hilarious and vulnerable moments, it was so easy to both read and love this. Nova Porter and Charlie Milford captured my heart with the way they fit together, had amazing banter and sizzling chemistry. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them overcome their insecurities and fall in love without even realizing since everything about their relationship development felt so natural. It was also so fun to see all of the other couples we’ve come to love within the series. The ending was just so sweet for them all, and very well deserved. This story is a great combination of all things cozy and spicy   I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. #NetGalley #Berkley

Dan is not the only one this arrangement is benefitting. Vicky gets a place to live, a percentage of the money, and able to save money to attend grad school. Jules wondered how can someone could be so happy all the time; not believing it was possible. Simon knew she was the one but had to crack open her inner core. Both had ghosts in their past, that they had to overcome. I loved the closeness of the brothers, the lyrics that Simon wrote for Jules throughout the story, and the growth to their relationship. I enjoyed the time closeness Simon has his brothers and how supportive they are of each other. Now I can't wait to read Jax's story.
